Lesson plans: Follow the teacher's lesson plan Classroom management: Maintain order and discipline, and create a safe and productive learning environment. Student support: Provide instruction and assistance to students, and help them understand the lesson. Record keeping: Record attendance, grades, and homework completion. Reports: Create a report for the teacher that includes student attendance, lesson progress, and disciplinary actions. Classroom preparation: Set up work areas, displays, and exhibits, and make student folders, charts, and schedules. Classroom activities: Supplement the lesson plan with other activities, such as quizzes, if applicable. Special needs: Provide appropriate instruction and support to students with special needs. School policies: Observe and follow school policies and rules. Communication: Communicate with other staff members and building administrators.
